A total of 363 Invitations issued under subclass 189 and 491 on January 21, 2021

 The Australian Government on January 21, 2021 held its latest round of invitations and issued a total of 363 invitations to the candidates who applied under the skilled independent visa subclass 189 and skilled work regional (provisional) visa subclass 491, family sponsored stream. It is the first round of invitations that took place in the year 2021.

Out of the total 363 invitations issued in the current round of invitations held on January 21, 2021, 200 went to the candidates who applied under the skilled independent visa subclass 189 and the remaining 163 invitations went to the candidates who applied under the skilled work regional (provisional) visa subclass 491, family sponsored stream.

The minimum required score to apply under these visa subcategories is 65. However, this score of 65 is a minimum requirement which you need to fulfill and doesn’t guarantee that you will receive an invitation to apply for Australia PR or not. It has been noticed that the candidates with the highest points are given an invitation to apply for the visa and ultimately obtain Australia’s permanent residence (Australia PR).

Australia Issues 1500 Invitations In Newest Skillselect Round Results On 11th February 2020

Australia immigration Department has recently released its with newest SkillSelect invitation round on 11th February 2020 with issuing a total number of 1500 invitations under General skilled migration visa for Skilled Independent Subclass 189 visa and Skilled work Regional (provisional) Subclass 491 visa -Family sponsored.

On the total of 1500 invitations, 1000 invitations were allotted to Skilled Independent Subclass 189 visa and the remaining 500 were given to Skilled Work Regional (provisional) Subclass 491 visa- Family sponsored. The minimum point score for Subclass 189 visa is 90 point score while 85 is the minimum point score for Subclass 491 visa-family sponsored. However, the highest ranked applicants by point score were invited to apply for relevant visa. For applicants who have equal points score, the time at which they reached their point score for Subclass visa determines their order of invitation.

Applicants who submit Expression of Interest (EOI) with earlier dates are invited first before later dates. Because of high level of demand, the below pro rata occupations are invited with minimum point score as:

Australia Invitation Round Results February 2020

Australia SkillSelect first allocates available places to Subclass 189 visa and then the remaining places to Subclass 491 visa-family sponsored. If all places will be taken up by Visa 189, then no invitations will be issued for 491 visa of the above pro rata occupations.

The SkillSelect invitation rounds are likely to run in 11th day of each month, although dates of round may vary depending upon the number of applications being processed by Australia Department.

Australia Unofficial SkillSelect Round Results of 11th February 2020

The Australia immigration Authority has introduced its new invitation round results on 11th February 2020. However, the results were not out as per sources, the ITA is expected around 800-1200 invitations for the subclass 189 visa and most of occupations dropped to 90 points.

For the Regional Skilled Work subclass 491 visa, DHA got down to 85 immigration points (including 15 points for family sponsored). The lowest point score for 491 visa is 85 points and the EOI date effect have seen as 10th December 2019. As per our prediction this time, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) has allocated 60% to pro rata occupation and 40% to non-pro rata occupations. The occupations under the pro rata are invited on the basis of higher immigration points score along with occupational ceiling limit set.

Current Invitation Round Results 11th November 2019 Invites 250 Skilled Applicants

The Latest invitation round results of 11th November 2019 are out for Australia's Skilled Independent Visa 189. A total of 250 applicants are invited by the immigration authority under the General Skilled Migration program for visa 189. This time there are no invitation being issued for Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa subclass 489, due to the introduction of the New visa stream - Work Regional (Provisional) Subclass 491 on 16th November 2019.

The applicants who score the highest immigration points are invited to apply for the Australia PR visa 189. The applicants who have scored equal immigration points are invited as per the time of points received for that subclass. The EOIs submitted earlier dates are invited first before the later dates.

Western Australia Skilled Invitation Round Results 22 March 2019

The Western Australia recently released the new invitation round results under SNMP Graduate Stream. The applicants were invited under Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 190 and Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489.

The candidates with the Bachelor degree and zero Australian Work Experience but 15 years of overseas work experience along with 10 English points and overall total 70 points were invited to apply under Australia Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190.  The profiles that were submitted before 06/01/2019 were invited to apply.

Additionally, the applicants were also invited under Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489 having zero Australian work experience and 10 overseas work experience, 10 language proficiency points and overall 75 total points. The EOI profiles submitted before 22/02/2019 were considered to apply for 489 Visa.

The invitation round results were also conducted for occupations 221111 General Accountant. Due, to the high representation of this occupation in the eligible EOIs, the invitation round results were restricted. The results were as follows:

The Accountants were invited under Australia 190 visa who have:

• At least a PhD or Masters degree
• 5 years of Australian Work Experience
• 0 overseas work experience
• 10 points for language proficiency
• Overall 70 points

The candidates who have submitted their EOI profile before 08/11/2018 were invited to apply in the round.
