Important Australia PR Changes w.e.f. 1ST July 2019

The Australia current financial year of immigration is nearing. It is a great time for aspirants to prepare for new immigration changes that might crop up on 1st July 2019.
The potential applicants should prepare themselves for the following things:
  1. The Australian Immigration Department is going to increase by 5.4% from 1st July. If possible, it is advisable to finalize your visa forms and required documents by 30th June. Start managing your funds right away to avoid delays in the Australia PR process.
  2. The Australian Government is prioritizing regional areas for permanent residency and are introducing new schemes and visas for regional areas to attract skilled and qualified workers to come and settle on a permanent basis
  3. International students who complete their studies from a regional university also brighten prospects of getting an Australian PR

  1. The State Nomination quotas and skill select quotas will be reset on 1st July. This means a new immigration cap will be introduced for Visa 189Visa 190 and 489 visa.
  2. The Australian states will also review their skilled occupation lists on 1st July on the basis of their labour requirement and available places.

Western Australia 190/489 Visa Invitation 13th April 2019

This is to inform that Western Australia recently conducted the Expression of Interest (EOIs) results on 12th April 2019 for SNMP Graduate Stream invitation round for Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 190 and Australia Skilled Regional provisional visa subclass 489.
The current round of Western Australia under Australia Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 was given to applicants with a Bachelor Degree, five year Australian work experience having at least IELTS 7 bands/PTE 65 points and total 65 immigration points. The applicants who have submitted their profile before 10th April 2019 were invited to apply by the Western Australia government.

On the other hand, Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa subclass 489 was also given to the applicants with a Bachelor Degree, five year Australian work experience, at least IELTS 7 bands/PTE 65 points and total 75 points. The applicants who have submitted their profile before 08/09/2018 were invited to apply in this current round.
Additionally, Accountants were also invited in this current draw with the nominated occupation (221111). Accountant (General) was restricted due to high representation of this occupation in the eligible EOIs. The profile of the last invited EOI with this nominated occupation was as follows:
