Australia Refuse for Visa Free Immigration with UK

The Government of Australia has turned down the UK offer of post-Brexit trade agreement, including visa-free work and travel between two Countries.
Australia Trade minister Simon Birmingham said that the full free movement will not be accepted as it will lead migration of highly skilled workers to UK and arrival of unskilled British workers to Melbourne and Sydney. In the Last year, ministers of New Zealand have faced similar fears of brain drain.
International trade secretary Liz Truss visited in Australia last September and declared that a plan to relocate British citizens to stay and work in a country visa-free might be just months away.
She told, “We have been clear with the fact to adopt the Australian points based system in terms of immigration system because we leave the European Union. Our two countries have a good link with historic relationship and now it is certainly something that we will be looking as a part of our free-trade negotiations”.
